Place 1 log in your stove or open fire, add a handful of kindling with 2 x All Star Firelighters, and allow them to catch fully before adjusting airflow for optimal heat.
How long do they burn for?

Can I use these logs in both stoves and open fires?
Yes. Our Eco Logs are suitable for all multi-fuel stoves, wood-burning stoves, and open fires. Simply light them with a handful of kindling or one of our All Star Firelogs.

How many packs come in a half pallet, and how long will it last?
A half pallet contains 54 packs (270 logs). How long it lasts depends on your household usage, but most families find a half pallet provides weeks of consistent, reliable heat at a great value.
We’ve tried loads of different logs over the years but these are honestly our go to now. They give really good heat and last ages, which is exactly what you want- great value. . We usually break them into smaller bits and they’re perfect. As a family who hates mess, we love how clean they are & hardly anything to clean up the next morning. Would definitely recommend.
We're new to using fireplaces, but these logs seemed to be very good based on reviews and so far we're happy. Customer service was helpful when I called to get a delivery timeslot to make sure I'd be home.
Easy purchase , have used shop bought previously- love the product so I bulk bought and hopefully will for years to come
We’ve been using Allstar Eco Fuels for the past few years and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. The team is always incredibly friendly, super-efficient, and great value every time. Their products keep our home warm all year round - couldn’t recommend them more! Darren & Sharon Finnegan.
Great service
Great product, brilliant heat comes from them.
Without doubt the best logs for the fire. Nothing compares to the heat from them. Great service from All Star also. Logs always delivered within a couple of days of ordering them.
Great product and fast delivery
Good value and very helpful team
Fantastic product and a brilliant service
Excellent service...prompt delivery...very helpful delivery man. Heat logs produce a great heat with very little ash.
I have been buying from All Star Heating for 2 years now from my building merchant after the ban on peat briquettes. I was very sceptical in June 2023 when i started buying them but since Winter 2023 i noticed the amazing power and heat from them and how quick they light up and deliver powerful heat in a stove as good as coal and better than the heat briquettes once delivered, and of course they are green & sustainable. When emptying the waste from these from the grate theres hardly any waste product due to the intensity of the heat.
The size of these logs makes them better and more economical in comparison to other similiar log makers but All Star Heating make the best.
My experience with this order was so within 2 days. The other courier had a problem with his truck getting my 54 logs (1 ton) out, and within 12 hours got a new delivery.
This is a sign of a professional company who can be trusted. Will purchase from you again.
